For seven years Big Medium has produced the West Austin Studio Tour — a free, annual, self-guided art event to provide opportunities for the public to meet the artists and artisans of Austin in their creative spaces. Big Medium works with a review committee to help select WEST participants based upon Big Medium’s criteria to provide a platform for an inclusive and diverse group of Austin artists. This year, the three-member panel featured Jaime Castillo, Curator, Christina Coleman, Artist, and Teruko Nimura, Artist.
